Vendor needs to provide task-based travel demand modeling and data management services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Travel demand model maintenance and development: to maintain and update the TransCAD software,
- Travel demand forecasting,
- Travel demand model documentation and quality control
- Data management: work with land use and travel demand scenario planning software to
analyse various land use and transportation alternative scenarios and assess and determine
quantitative and qualitative outputs for each scenario.
