[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bond underwriting services to evaluate and market the city’s issuance of bond anticipation notes, general obligation bonds and any other debt as may be required by the city for its financing needs to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
- The bond underwriter team will work in conjunction with the city’s finance director, financial advisor and bond counsel from the onset of each planned bond issuance and refunding through settlement
- Provide a periodic evaluation of previously issued debt for potential refunding opportunities as market conditions change
- Ability to replace an assigned lead underwriter or key member with equivalent experience should a change be necessitated by the firm or the city.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
