(1) Vendor needs to provide general counsel services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
- Advise and assist with regulations pertaining to federal, state and local government, including housing, real estate, procurement and contractual issues
- Advise and assist them in the preparation of all legal documents and where legal drafting may be required
- Advise and assist with actions as contract and ex delicto
- Conferring with and advising officers, members and employees of the on legal matters when requested
- They shall retain the right to have the successful proposer provide services in any matter that the believes the legal firm is qualified to provide and if, in the opinion of the, it is in the best interests of the to do so
