- Update the town on relevant changes in the law
- Provide general legal advice regarding the administration of the Pension Plans
- Revise and update Plan Documents, including Summary Plan Description
- Defence of the Plan in the event of litigation
- Maintenance of plan compliance with regulatory requirements
- Responsibility to maintain the Plans qualified status
- Other legal services as may be required from time to time by the Pension Plans
