[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide subscription management and processing services from print subscription management providers to meet the needs of their over 800 academic, school, public, and special library members and their users, the annual subscription management needs of these libraries and schools,
- Serial Subscription Management Services: PRINT published ABROAD,
- Additional Value-added Serial Subscription Management Services,
- Provide titles suitable for adults, young adults and children,
- Provide world language magazine titles,
- Provide world interest magazine titles in the English language,
- Provide world language newspaper titles, Provide national and regional newspapers,
- Provide toll-free telephone numbers for ordering and customer service,
- Provide an online tool for ordering and managing subscriptions, viewing invoices, statements and credits, creating reports and managing claims,
- Accept multiple expiration dates on the original master list of periodical subscription, etc. to the government authority located in Middletown, CT.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
