[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media, marketing and public relations services must include consulting or management or both for multi-media public relations campaigns generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following:
- Development of multi-media campaigns and projects identifying goals, establishing key statements, determining tactics and timelines, providing communication planning, public relations planning and summarization of assessments, market analysis,
- Multi-media advertisement placement or outreach or both through various media avenues (television, radio, billboards, posters, press releases, brochures, flyers, internet, world wide web and other promotional materials),
- Promote public awareness of mission and initiatives, enable public understanding of complex technical and social issues, disseminate information to industry and consumer and engage in recruitment campaigns. Services include, but are not limited to the following components:
- Advertising objective determination Message decision/creation, media selection,
- Outdoor marketing and media services Broadcast media (Radio and TV),
- Public service announcements, direct mail services, media planning, media placement services,
- Advertising evaluation and related activities to advertising services, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
