Government Authority located in Hartford, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for architectural and engineering services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(A) The District desires the AE firm to accomplish the following:
- Perform an on-site examination of all sections of the roof mentioned above.
- Complete a hazardous materials survey for the roof sections.
- Identify recommendations for the full roof replacement.
- Provide construction cost estimates for the required work.
- Prepare plans, drawings, and specifications for public bid package ensuring compliance with Federal laws, regulations and procedures as well as those of the State of Connecticut.
- Develop a bid package that allows for add alternates in the event that bids received are higher than the project budget.
- Develop contract documents for the construction of the project.
- Construction oversight of the project (including but not limited to reviewing submittals, change orders, invoices, certified payrolls, etc.)
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 3, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
