[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide youth workforce leadership specialist service to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- Supportive services for our youth employment and leadership activities.
- To provide to eligible youth who are seeking assistance in achieving academic and employment
success, effective and comprehensive activities, which shall include a variety of options for
improving educational and skill competencies and provide effective connections to employers;
- To ensure on-going mentoring opportunities for eligible youth with appropriate adults committed
to providing such opportunities.
- To provide opportunities for financial literacy supports eligible youth
- To provide continued supportive services for eligible youth
- To provide incentives for recognition and achievement to eligible youth; and
- To provide opportunities for eligible youth who are a part of the youth employment programs and youth leadership council activities related to leadership development, decision-making,
citizenship, financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills training, labor market information, career
counselling, and community service.
- Work in collaboration with the agency’s resident service coordinators, managers and director.
- Be on site at various developments where the students reside and work a maximum of 20
hours per week
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
