[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Sage HRMS SQL Migration to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- HR Migration: Upsize current Abra v9.2 data to HRMS (one-time load), HRMS Delta Training, Crystal Reports Conversion Training
- Payroll Implementation:
- Business Requirements Analysis,
- Payroll Setup – One EIN: General Ledger Setup, Core Payroll Setup, Up to 20 Earnings per EIN, Up to 30 Deductions per EIN, Federal/Sate Tax Setup,
- ASM Data Conversion:
- Map Setup Codes from Abra to HRMS, Data Conversion – One EIN - Employee,
- Master File: Earnings, Deductions, Taxes, Direct Deposit Data, Two conversions – initial and go live.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
