Vendor needs to provide executive search firms consulting services related to the recruitment and hiring of executive classification level positions for the city to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Conduct detailed job analyses and develop core competencies, evaluate current job description, determine appropriate size and scope of the search, and meet with key stakeholder groups to identify competencies for the position,
- Evaluate current pay grade and benefits the consultant shall utilize best practices to evaluate current grade or step for existing open position with respect to other municipalities similar in size, geography or responsibilities to and submit a recommendation to the city.
- Build and post written job advertisements based on the detailed analysis of the position and meetings with the mayor.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
