(1) Vendor needs to provide release of information services and copy of medical records services to patients and customers in a timely manner to the government authority located in Farmington, CT.
1. Process and complete the request below within following timeframes.
- Worker compensation will be processed within seven business days.
- Research request processed within fourteen days.
- Handle an average of fourteen hundred calls per month.
- Process incoming daily mails.
- perform legal validation of release request.
- Screen all request for sensitive information.
- Conduct a tracking disclosure.
- Handle all walk-up and status call with exceptional customer service.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than no later than August 30, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
