[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel agency services to streamline the international travel arrangement process, lower costs for course abroad programs, provide more customized services, take advantage of state-of-the-art technology and technological advances in the field of travel services, and improve information management, establish a contract or contracts with a company or companies that will meet the course abroad travel service needs of agency to the government authority located in New Britain, CT.
- Provide quotations and make bookings for international group travel (i.e., airfare, hotel/guest house accommodations, ground transportation, tours, entrance fees, etc) for university faculty, professional staff and students traveling on course aboard programs, ensuring the most favourable rate, quotes must clearly detail the full cost including any fees & taxes, and all details of the cancellation policies, provide detailed travel itineraries for each participant and the group leader, provide tickets (electronic or paper) and/or travel vouchers for domestic and international air travel. all charges will be made directly to the university.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
