[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide security camera system upgrade to the government authority located in Milford, CT.
- The contractor shall provide all necessary IP camera licenses for new and existing cameras as well as all software updates
- The Contractor shall communicate and coordinate with government IT personnel before working with network equipment and shall seek permissions to access the network
- The Contractor shall install fourteen mini dome cameras and all necessary wiring, cabling, hardware and mounting brackets
- The contractor shall provide and install software support agreement for the contractor installed NVR client software
- Contractor to program all system component as required
- CAT 6 Wiring, IT drops and conduit are completed for camera installation in the main laboratory building
- The contractor shall install all braces, bracket, supports, hardware, clamps, and conduit as required to complete installation
- The contractor shall take proper precautions and protection to maintain the integrity of the existing security camera system during installation and minimize system down time
- The contractor shall notify the COR when disarming and rearming the security camera system.
- Remove existing cameras and dispose.
- Provide 2 hours of on-site training
