Vendor needs to provide commissioning authority construction management services to the government authority located in Hamden, CT.
- Include commissioning requirements in the design development and construction document phases,
- Develop and utilize a commissioning plan,
- Verify installation, functional performance, training and documentation,
- Complete a commissioning report,
- Include the printing costs for all interim reports, final reports, travel, lodging, meals, telecommunication, CAD/REVIT drafting, testing equipment and other customary costs in the fixed fees, 12 copies of all interim and final reports will be required as part of the fixed fees.
