[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology consultant services includes collaboration with the IT team and performing services such as network management, helpdesk, data warehouse builds and ETL, application programming and support, report writing, technical documentation, gap analysis on staff skills, gap analysis on infrastructure, and gap analysis on strategy to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- IT staff consists of the following 6 individuals VP of Information technology/CIO, director of technology, systems engineer, technical analyst, help desk support analyst and data analyst.
- Helpdesk and Network Management Services include desktop management, installation of workstations and software applications, diagnosis and repair of workstations, move, add or change workstations, maintenance/support/troubleshooting of end user hardware and software issues, provide inventory and lifecycle management of hardware, end-of-life notification, replacement, and asset decommissioning, network administration, cabling support including installation, diagnosis, repair and replacement.
(2) A not mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 31, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 02, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
