(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer benefit assessment appraisal services for gathering and reviewing pertinent housing, employment and demographic information, reviewing recent conveyances of comparable residential housing and lot sales, reviewing and analyzing all available and relevant maps, site plans and surveys, reviewing and analyzing pertinent zoning, wetlands and subdivision regulations to the government authority located in Connecticut.
