[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate consultant services for the CSCU and provide all legal services, including representing the state in any legal proceedings before any state or federal court and before certain administrative agencies to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- Examining market conditions for real estate development,
- Identifying and assessing potential deal structures and valuations for the redevelopment property,
- Assist CSCU in soliciting development proposals and evaluating the value and financial implications of responses from potential development partners, ground lessees, or other stakeholders,
- Analyzing the implications of exercising different public policy levers on development,
- Developing narratives to support engagement and negotiations with key stakeholders, and attending and participating in meetings with key stakeholders;
- Supporting CSCU in the negotiation of key business terms in its real estate transactions
- Evaluating assessed valuations, tax abatements and tax rates for residential and commercial properties;
- Preparing revenue forecast reports in connection with financing activities, and making presentations of such reports;
(2) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
