Vendor needs to provide on-call claim analysis consultant services of various types of construction scheduling analysis, contract analysis, construction means and methods, plan and specification as well as review delay claim analysis.
- Individual Task Orders will be issued for Work which may include program administration, inspections, assessments, analytical laboratory sample analysis, report preparation, preparation of contract documents, consultations during construction and monitoring of contractors.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
