[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cash management and banking services for board of education to the government authority located in Avon, CT.
- Account maintenance, deposit Services, wire transfer services, online banking, check services, deposit bank assessment services, disaster recovery etc.
- Transactional data and the ending account balance for each business day are to be available online,
- Provide the ability to view all deposit items online for a minimum of 180 days.
- Placing and removing stop payments,
- Obtaining the balance of all account daily, with current information available,
- Limiting the access of individual users on all accounts and the ability to download activity to excel format etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
