[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrators for the self-funded medical including vision plans, integrated or stand-alone prescription benefits managers for self-funded prescription drug plans and integrated or standalone dental administrators for capable of administering the current City employees’ and eligible retirees’ health plan options in the most cost-effective manner, while simultaneously providing high-quality services to covered members through a broad network of providers to include all or any individual combination from the options, include plans to duplicate these existing plans as closely as possible, medical administration all plans, pharmacy benefits management all plans, dental only administration and fully-insured dental plan offering and stop-loss coverage,
- Health plan cost controls have come from benefit reductions, the introduction of innovative wellness programs, and disease management programs,
- health care management services, including, but not limited to, utilization management, case management, and disease management,
- Develop a strategic approach to promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles for member employees and spouses, by using programs and offerings in conjunction with the current in-house employee wellness program,
- Competitive Hospital and Physician Negotiated Rates,
- Proven health promotion and long-term chronic disease prevention programs,
- Outcome-driven evaluation of disease prevention program effectiveness,
- Network Access, including National Networks, Effective Network Management,
- Quality proven Utilization Management Programs,
- State of the art administrative and claim paying services,
- Proven flexibility in reporting, including ability to customize management reports,
- Integrated on-line systems to facilitate online eligibility reporting and claim payments,
- Flexibility in administration and funding of benefit programs.
(2) A mandatory information session will be held on July 18, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
