[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for a town-wide community recreational needs assessment a feasibility study and engineering analysis for an existing 40,000 sf recreation building, known as the building to the government authority located in Groton, CT.
- Determine and prioritize the community needs for indoor and outdoor recreation facilities
- Establish the optimal design and layout within the existing footprint of the anticipated, renovated building to best meet the needs of the community
- Examine building expansion options to the planned renovated recreation building based on community feedback; and,
- Perform a feasibility study including operational cost and revenue analysis and conduct an engineering analysis to determine necessary facility infrastructure improvements to meet preferred conceptual plans
- Conduct community interest and opinion survey
- Complete demographic profile for the community
- Assess demand for key recreation program areas
- Prepare recreation demand study report including priority ranking
- Identify and summarize local ‘competition’ and potential partners in key recreation program areas.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on July 8, 2019.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
