interest rate derivatives or the investment of bond proceeds across all programs, developing and implementing marketing plans and investor relations programs in connection, evaluate proposals on new financing structures, refunding opportunities and other financing tools, special projects relating to debt issuance and debt management to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
