[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advance end point protection solution to identify, secure and monitor potential threats to the system. Network infrastructure has been developed to connect our schools locations into one homogeneous location and currently utilizes Cisco network equipment to optimize services while maintaining costs. These Cisco systems include end user switches, core switches, optical equipment and routers, All schools and the offices of Waterbury Public Schools Services are linked together across the 10 Gbps Wide Area Network utilizing dark fiber from a service provider, Provides an endpoint security platform that integrates and interoperates with other information security systems and tools (existing and future) to improve the Public Schools overall information security posture and enable business, Prevents cyber breaches by pre-emptively blocking known and unknown ransomware, malware, exploits and zero-day threats, Enables and protects Public Schools users as they safely perform their daily business activities using web-based technologies without becoming a hindrance or negatively affecting user experience with the Waterbury Public School’s systems, improves endpoint security and enables the public schools to safely utilize internet based services, provides excellent and timely customer support service to authorized computer technology centre staff through multiple channels such as customer support portal, chat and toll-free number, remote troubleshooting and mobile support.
(2) The contract term will be for Seven years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
