[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate revaluation services to the government authority located in Westport, CT.
- Revaluation of all real property including:
- Taxable real estate, land, buildings and improvements,
- Exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements,
- Public utility real estate, land, buildings and improvements,
- The revaluation will include a field review of all properties and data mailers, additionally, properties that have building permits will require an interior inspection of the permitted improvements or a full measure and list if the improvements to the structure change the exterior dimensions, properties that are included in the sales verification process will require a full measure and list and the mailing of sales verification sheets to the new owners.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 13,2019.
