(1) Vendor needs to provide owner representative services for each of the options, including any anticipated reimbursement or other grant funding, including but is not limited to assisting the building committee in the selection of firms for architect services, pricing the conceptual designs concepts (including any anticipated reimbursement to the government authority located in Farmington, CT.
