Government Authority located in Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for sexual harassment report hotline services
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sexual harassment report hotline services to the General Assembly, including all reports, phone calls, and assessments from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, five days a week.
- Provide a toll-free, secure Sexual Harassment Report Line accessible to legislators, legislative employees
- The designated phone number for the Report Line must remain toll free and must be unique
- Voice mail is acceptable when the awarded respondent is unable to answer the phone. Any voice mail message used must remind Individuals that he or she can also come to the Office of Legislative Management Human Resources Department to report any issue at any time during normal working hours
- Must return all phone calls within 2 Business Days (i.e. a call received at 3:00 pm Wednesday must be returned by 3:00 PM Friday). Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding Connecticut State holidays.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
