[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide defined benefit investment consulting services to engage an investment management consultant to fulfil the fiduciary responsibilities and deliver analysis, advice and provide recommendations to the town with respect to the current investment policy statement, the current asset policies and investment management structure, including asset allocation, general investment, research, public market and regulatory analysis, initial and ongoing evaluation, due diligence, selection and monitoring of investment managers and or funds, portfolio performance evaluation, including monthly review and outlook reporting, monthly in-person meeting (and as needed meetings) with the pension board, as needed on-site consultation and assistance, co-fiduciary responsibility with pension board for investment related processes to the government authority located in Fairfield, CT.
(2) All question had been submitted in written no later than April 25, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
