[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services to determine travel patterns and origins and destinations to, from and through the valley planning region to permit them to develop trip reports, trip matrices and determine how trips travel through the region and it is also necessary to determine external trips and pass through trips, it is also required that the platform permit the determination of travel time and speed for specific arterials located in the region to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
- The travel and trip data shall be based on integration of spatial data points from cell phones, connected vehicles, fleet management systems, smart phone applications and other sources
- The process shall provide relative volume and average trip times when traveling between specific origin and destination zones and pass through zones located between zones
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
