[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicular parking consultant services for parking lots and parking garages, including egress and exiting into streets, the consultant should have knowledge of the procedures of the state department of transportation office of the state traffic administration and all other issues involved in parking areas including drainage, lighting, and emergency issues to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) The term of the contract shall be two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
