[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide developed markets international stock fund investment management services to the government authority located in Hartford, Connecticut.
-Investment management services, will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supervision and direction of the investments of a separately managed account. As fiduciary, agent and attorney-in-fact with respect to the account, buy, sell, exchange, convert or otherwise trade in any securities and other investment instruments as permitted by the specific, negotiated investment guidelines mutually agreed.
- Transacting according to the investment guidelines.
- Executing all trades in an attempt to obtain the best net price and most favourable execution
of each purchase and sale transaction.
- Maintaining a system of adequate risk controls, including but not limited to a compliance monitoring system and an operations risk management system to ensure compliance with account restrictions.
- Investment universe may include all securities included within these indices. out of index positions in other developed markets instruments will be considered.
- Provide complete transparency on daily trading activity through online and written reports.
- Provide a full monthly reconciliation between the respondent’s accounting and performance
records and the master custodian’s accounting and performance records.
- Provide monthly investment reports.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 29,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for six years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
