[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software solution to digitize Accounts Payable invoices should include the following scanning software to digitize paper documents, indexing a small amount of data (2 or 3 fields) from image (jpg, tiff, pdf), invoice, date, vendor, accepting automated daily uploads from agency accounting system (agency will provide file), linking the data within the file to specific images based on criteria to be provided by agency, retrieving images based on the search criteria.
- The number of invoices processed monthly averages around 3200.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 21, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
