[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide emergency medical and fire rescue billing services to preparation of an invoice for each billable run report provided, submission of invoices to third party insurance carriers, follow-up billing to secondary insurance carriers as required, obtaining insurance information from medical facilities, invoicing the patient with cover letter if no insurance information is available, follow-up on each case at the time periods designated by the town, accepting assignment on each case per the billing policies of the town, depositing of payments into appropriate bank account, maintaining a fidelity bond not less than $50,000.00, providing a copy of said bonding to the town, weekly reporting of deposits, account postings and accounts billed, weekly submission of copies of all checks, money orders and cash received, monthly reporting of account status (aged receivables report), quarterly reporting of statistical data, assisting with in-service sessions on billing practices, assisting with the preparation of public relations/informational material related to the billing policies of the town, maintenance of records and preparation of material for medicare and insurance audits, maintain bundle billing arrangements with mutual aid partners and ability to receive/accept electronic patient care reports and billing information to the government authority located in North Branford, CT.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
