[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nutrition advisory services to Correctional Chief of Food Services shall develop and maintain a manual detailing the operation of the Nutrition and Food Services Unit. The manual shall be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of Administration for annual review and approval, supervise and oversee the facilities assigned, conduct annual food service audits, conduct monthly inventory audit, review all facility purchases, monitor and schedule training for staff, conduct counselling and disciplinary action, monitor and maintain monthly food costs, oversee the food service staff and staff cost, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, complete any necessary reports, implement the master menu and therapeutic diets, supervise the daily operation of the production kitchen, oversee the food and operational cost, monitor and maintain equipment ,maintain cleanliness and sanitation, oversee the training of staff, complete any necessary reports, consult with the correctional chief of food services on matters pertaining to the food service function and report through the chain of command on matters pertaining to the daily food service operation to the government authority located in Wethersfield, CT.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
