[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development services for program must have third-party evidence of effectiveness, including statistically significant, positive impact on student achievement,
- Include a train-the-trainer delivery model that allows for the delivery of the program to future cohorts at reduced cost, thus allowing the district to train school leaders consistently over time,
- Program shall have an extended delivery model that delivers content to participants over the course of a year or more, in a cycle that allows for opportunities to learn in a face-to-face environment, apply the learning, and review the output of the applied learning,
- The program should be cohort-based, with opportunities for school leaders to learn from their peers, address common challenges, and share different approaches and best practices,
- Program shall include diagnostics that focus both on participants and their schools,
- Learn fundamentals of instructional leadership that support a collaborative professional learning environment,
- Be able to structure and lead collaborative learning communities within a culture with high expectations and structured supports for continued learning,
- Develop a clear sense of the role of facilitator in engaging colleagues in collaborative conversations about practice,
- Utilize resources related to instructional domains and the implementation of college and career-ready standards to plan professional development for teachers to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2019.
(3) A contract term will eb for four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
