[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based facility management system to develop and implement a cloud base software that manages all pertinent data relating to work order management, asset and inventory management, and life cycle management.
- Also provide manage all elements of the system through a central administrator, automatically routes and assigns help desk tickets to the appropriate staff person, submit requests online via request submission portal and receive email updates on status of request, notify technicians of new incidents via email and smart phone push notifications, perform ad hoc queries of work orders using multiple complex search criteria and multiple sorting criteria, record information about work requestors such as name, phone number, and email address, prioritize customer work requests, define work orders according to the type and scope of work involved, define work orders by trade, print work orders individually or in batches, be able to edit work orders, insert comments and upload equipment pictures while work orders in workflow, track work order status from submission to completion and run historical reports from the system as well as to be able to run customized
reports to need related to work orders.
- Asset management system and inventory control that integrate with work order module to enable public schools to track and monitor inventory usage, equipment information, including manufacturer, model, and serial, service dates, and warranty expirations, store information on assets and equipment, tools, supplies, vehicles, or other material items of value, track assets, equipment and work order histories by schools, enable users/tradesmen to enter all materials and purchase orders used in work orders and collect data on all school buildings.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
