[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management and water information management system designed for data management, data storage and data retrieval, user-friendly with an accessible user interface, screens should be able to configured to maximize useful viewing – zoom, hidden fields, frozen pane scrolling, must be configurable without the use of custom written programs or scripts, ability to have test codes part of more than one test group – i.e. water quality parameters and pH/OPO4, software shall be able to store sample collection locations and the frequency that various routine
sample types are to be collected from each location, ability to assign samples and tests to a calendar day or week, ability to add test groups to both sample log-in template, and while modifying daily schedule, sample login should contain a pre-definable list of all sampling locations that can be accessed, system should flag result entries in accordance with configurable warning limits, system should be able to recognize full complement of a test group, even if component tests are added individually, system should flag user programmed conditionals, such as samples received prior to collection.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 21, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
