[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide permit management and mobile license plate recognition system for the purpose of enforcing on and off-street parking in a mixed-use environment, looking for a cloud solution where the applications and data are hosted, serviced and maintained, responses from solution that offer a complete mobile license plate recognition system with cameras, hardware and software for parking application.
- Consumers may pay at a kiosk for transient parking.
- Consumers may pay by mobile app for transient parking.
- Consumers may have their parking validated using a web based eValidation terminal for transient parking.
- Consumers may subscribe to the monthly permit parking program with authorization to park in assigned location.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 15, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
