[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency electronic security systems contracting services to the government authority located in Danbury, CT.
- Proposals and any subsequent contracts shall be based on an hourly rate for the noted trade services and a mark-up percentage of increase on materials purchased, the hourly rate shall be portal to portal; no travel time or expenses shall be allowed or considered.
- Contractor which existing outlets the contractors may use temporarily for electrical power. The Contractor shall furnish all connections and extensions from these outlets at its own expense.
- Services shall include but not be limited to performing installation of cabling and access control system head end panels, power supplies, and peripheral devices.
- Services shall include but not be limited to installation of cabling and IP camera system, switches, and peripheral devices.
- Components may include, but are not limited to: access control panels, card readers, door contacts, electrical hinges, power transfers, power supplies, electrified hardware, break glass devices, audible alarms, duress devices, cabling and infrastructure, cameras, network switches, converters, fasteners, equipment racks, network cables and monitors.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2019.
(3) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 11, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
