[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24-hour property management, facility management and maintenance service of properties including grounds, walkways, parking lots and supporting system to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Provide for efficient janitorial and building maintenance including janitorial, refuse removal and recycling, pest control, snow removal, sanding and ice control, etc.
- Provide in-house resources for technical assistance.
(2) A site visit will be held on December 6, 2018.
(3) A mandatory proposers conference will be held on December 5, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
