[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, develop and deploy a regional GIS portal and parcel viewer, compatible with mobile devices to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- GIS Portal and Parcel Viewer to serve its member municipalities as well as provide a flexible infrastructure for internal and external users
- Viewing of parcels, linked information and property cards.
- Develop and deploy an automated update system.
- Develop and deploy a system meeting the above minimum requirements on a vendor-maintained infrastructure.
- Provide training and support for staff for configuration and modification of the site.
- Provide municipalities secured access to sensitive records (judges, police).
- Provide training session for municipal staff on the use of the site.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
