[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide complete turn key digital geo-referenced oblique and orthogonal aerial imagery and associated software technology to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- This technology will enhance the existing Geographic Information System (GIS) enterprise infrastructure.
- The oblique imagery should have a front-line ground sample distance of 3 inches per
pixel maximum.
- Images will be acquired using an acknowledged aerial Oblique/Ortho camera system with the same system utilized for all flights.
- Imagery should not contain defects such as out-of-focus, dust marks, scratches or inconsistencies in tone and density.
- Stand-alone application software for the performance of browsing and analysis operations.
- A desktop-based solution that integrates oblique imagery browsing and analysis capabilities with ESRI ArcGIS.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
