[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide bureau of health family nutrition and adult education services to provide a range of high-quality services to support student learning and development
- centers help support families by offering them educational
development opportunities and providing a safe environment for students when school is not in session
- provide opportunities for academic enrichment, including homework help and tutorial services to
students, particularly those who attend schools with a demonstrated need for services, to meet state and local student performance standards in core academic subjects, such as reading, mathematics and science
- offer students a broad array of additional services, programs and activities such as youth
development activities, drug, violence and pregnancy prevention programs, counselling, project-based learning, art, music, technology education programs, service learning, character education and recreation programs that are designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program of participating students
- offer families of students served by community learning centers opportunities for literacy and related educational development, such as: adult development activities, family activities, opportunities for governance and leadership involvement and participation in school and program events, etc.
- educational activities and academic enrichment learning programs
- skills training
- entrepreneurial education programs
- tutoring services and mentoring programs
- health and wellness activities
- telecommunications and technology education programs
- expanded library service hours, etc.to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
