[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide land record management systems includes
- Portal and internet access to document index and images
- Land Record Indexing and in –house scanning including
- Military Discharge indexing and in-house scanning
- Map Indexing
- Claims indexing and in-house scanning
- Public accounts for viewing and printing
- Backup and restoration system
- Daily verification and corrections of land records indexed - Report printouts
- Microfilm storage
- A tab system which is easier to navigate than opening separate windows for different programs.
- A bar code system which allows the office to scan multiple deeds at once and automatically syncs the document with the index via the bar code on the document.
- The ability to digitally attach a previously indexed document to a new document.
- The ability to remove unsightly marks from a scanned document such as dark marks.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
