[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development academy program for employees focused on the following objectives to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- Identify, develop, and retain University leadership talent.
- Ensure the Leadership Development Academy complements strategic plan.
- Acquaint participants with the multiple interacting financial and business elements driving University performance.
- Provide the basis for a talent management strategy and support the system-wide succession planning process.
- Strengthen teamwork and remove departmental barriers.
- Identify individual participant leadership strengths and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver precise, measurable leadership development plans for participants, and report on outcomes.
- Reinforce continuous leadership improvement.
- Create a pool of ready-now promotable leaders
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
