[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer satisfaction survey services to gain feedback reflecting all aspects of customers experiences using trains to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- A Market Research Firm is needed for the development of a survey instrument to conduct, code, correct and validate the customer satisfaction survey and provide a final topline report and data files for evaluation of rail service.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
