[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide multidimensional family therapy services for Working together with families and communities for children who are healthy, safe, smart and strong including
- implementing strength-based family policy, practice and programs
- applying the neuroscience of early childhood and adolescent development
- expanding trauma-informed practice and culture
- addressing racial inequities in all areas of our practice
- building new community and agency partnerships
- improving leadership, management, supervision and accountability
- Becoming a learning organization.
- increasing investment in prevention, health promotion, early intervention and educational success
- strengthening family-centered practice
- expanding regional networks of in-home and community services
- continuing congregate care rightsizing and redesign
- addressing the needs of identified populations of children and families
- supporting the public and private sector workforce
- improving revenue maximization and development of new investment resources, etc.to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 31, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
