[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation insurance services for self-directed programs for eligible consumer-employers participating in the state’s publicly-funded self-directed programs.
- The program should have the agent, broker and direct employee of the underwriting company.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2018.
(3) A letter of intent will be due on August 27, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
