[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for dusting and cleaning of horizontal and vertical surfaces and also chairs, fixtures, windows sills, blinds, mouldings, walls, doors, fans and lights, inside areas of elevator cars to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 16, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
