[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting and financial management software to Financial Reporting, Budgeting, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Receivable System to
1. General Ledger
2. Budgeting
3. Accounts Payable
4. Accounts Receivable
5. Cash Management
6. Fixed Assets
7. Financial Reporting.
- system should be capable of running on a virtual Microsoft Windows server, and connect to a nonproprietary or shared MS SQL 2017 database server, to systems that are able to run as one integrated system in a shared virtual environment using a nonproprietary or MS SQL database.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 8, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
