(1) Vendor needs to provide project substance abuse family evaluation administration, screening, engagement and recovery services to enhance service network recruitment, engagement and management, improve triaging and linking of clients to appropriate services, enhance recovery supports, reduce costs and improve client outcomes, develop and maintain a statewide provider network for substance use evaluation and treatment services at the outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care, reimburse claims, collect and analyze data to assess system functioning, etc. to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2018.
